THE SIXTH TECHNICAL MODE REVEALS THE UNLIMITED POTENTIAL OF MAN'S MIND THAT CAN AND SHOULD KNOW EVERYTHING

The XX century that was called a century of scientific and technical progress is over.
Progress implies mental and moral motion forward. The XX century provided only for one-sided mental progress. The development of moral standards was stopped. In many countries we can even talk about regress of moral standards.
If we look at all scientific achievements critically, we'll find out that the mankind spent most of the XX century on realization of global ideas that come from the XIX century such as automobile industry, aviation, energetics, communication, space exploration, chemistry, etc.
The main scientific potential was concentrated on producing weapons of mass destruction that led some countries into temptation to test it on those countries that did not have it. The mankind has developed technologies that use our nature as a raw material. Their wastes create a threat to life on the Earth.
In the XX century the political and educational systems created conditions for breaking up the most bloody and meaningless wars in despite of the first commandment given by Lord in the Old Testament "Whoever sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man". If you read the Holy Bible, it becomes evident that a man's soul is our Lord's son or daughter. That is why God dubs murdering His sons and daughters unforgiven. We work out our own laws and rules according to which we build our houses, enterprises and our society. But our civil laws are not brought into line with divine laws. Most of us simply forget that we are brought to this world by Lord and our being at His divine home should be regulated by His laws and rules. Some of us do not admit them or admit them only partly, when we need it and when we can take advantage of it. When we do not take advantage of our true faith in God, we either follow His commandments partly or simply ignore them.
Today our governments and society do their best to achieve material well-being and to rise their gross output with the help of new technologies that make a man their slave and a manager of their instruments.
Human progress is measured in increasing indices of production, welfare, stocks and socioeconomic indices and in increase in material well-being.
There are no parameters and no instruments to measure people's good, creation, correspondence between divine and civil laws and responsibility of one nation for treating other nations with superiority. Moral standards and their priorities are not formed.
When it comes to one's personality, we find out that most people care only about their personal material interests and taking advantage of something. The same motives form the basis of modern market economy. They make people behave as tradespeople who strive only for earning and saving more wealth than they need for life and much more than enough. It happens because we can't answer a simple question: Why do we need to spend so much time and energy to conflict with other people, the government and others?"
Most eminent scientists concentrated their attention on exploring material world trying to explain everything by means of material instruments. All discoveries that could not be measured by means of measuring instruments were not considered to be scientific. Our material science trusts only those devices that can measure, analyze and process information in material world and does not trust the most perfect device ever existed on the Earth - a man himself… the man who combines analytical, measuring and regulative functions by means of generation new knowledge based on thinking and dialogues with God. It is our Lord who send scientists ingenious thoughts about new discoveries and strange knowledge.
Our civil laws are not perfect, especially in comparison with nature where everything is perfectly planned and regulated.
We just do not want to notice that we are guided by God and it is God who keeps the world around us in perfect order, who provides us with energy and self-cleaning systems.
Father creates. And the process of creation is eternal perfection. Having created man, God could not have forgotten to make him able to create and strive for perfection. If we use graphic phrases to explain it, we can make belief that all generations are runners who take part in a relay race. All of them run in the same direction having the same goal to reach the common finish line, the single God. Each epoch had different leaders in understanding and recognizing the Lord. At the moment of taking up the torch to these leaders the Lord sent new ideas that resulted in new discoveries and new knowledge that helped the progress to go on. Dogmatists bar the way to creation and cognition. For those who are not satisfied with old dogmatic theories and who are eager to strive for understanding the Lord, God takes away all barriers on their track. It is time to accept the fact that the Lord is our guide and the founder of the world. It is time to do it now, now tomorrow and not sometime.
In the XX century progress started with formation of the third technical mode when all machines were given a power drive. The fourth technical mode brought in electric motors and mechanization of production. The fifth technical mode is based on electronic computers, computer-aided design systems and all around automation of production. Computers have become an integral means in science, education, etc. The internet helped to make access to information easier.
The more machines surpassed people in power and the more computers surpassed people in some intellectual abilities, the easier people's work became and the more free time people started to have. The intensive development of entertainment industry lowered the moral standards of people and made them beastly. People keep asking for more and more callous distraction. Today we still believe in myths that our brain can think, that people come of monkeys and labour made them people, that powers of good and evil do exist, that our animate nature developed according to the doctrine of evolution, that national disasters and catastrophes occur by chance, that thoughts can be put down only by means of letters and words, and that our invisible spiritual world can be measured with material instruments. It is surprising that we do not know where billions of kilowatts of energy for electrical engineering come from; psychologists can't explain what soul is; being a science about nature, Physics studies only inanimate part of it. Mathematics studies and measures only those figures and qualities of things that have to do only with material world; Anthropology studies people's remains instead of studying real living people; Philology, a science of love, has not even found a true definition of love, it studies lifeless words. Pedagogics, being a science of bringing up kids and the youth, does not study their intellectual abilities and talents, their predestination, teaching a standard curriculum to all students. The standard curriculum being taught without paying attention to one's talents often turns out to be useless. Metaphysics that is supposed to study our soul is not recognized. Mysticism studying mysterious and enigmatic cases is persecuted.
We behave as Krylov's fable hero from The Curious who studied butterflies and other small insects but did not notice elephant - the Creator.
All eminent scientists admit the fact that they have to thank God for sending great ideas to their minds. Unfortunately, they could not work out the mechanism of their discoveries. They do not know whom and when He would tell all gospel truth about the world and how to enlarge a number of eminent scientists.
Eminent poets and composers often say that they just put down God's words and music that they are able to hear. But still there is no book where the name of its real Author is written on the cover.
When one invents a new technology or a good, we talk about four steps of its creation:
- a thought or a project
- production
- its' exploitation
- servicing and repairs
But science has never thought about the one who created Man whose semen ensures eternal reproduction of people, the one who made him so perfect and good-looking, the one who carried out the first two steps. Only when Man was created by someone and came from nowhere, science started to study him dividing his body into parts instead of studying him as an entire organism. Medicine started to eradicate people diseases without studying their causes.
It takes our present educational system 15 years to give students a trivial part of knowledge accumulated by the mankind by learning everything by heart and memorizing instead of using a simple method of making people listen to reason.
There are three ways to put stones into shape. One facets diamonds by hand. Deposits of semi-precious stones are faceted by polishing, people do not blast them. Granite mountains need to be blasted first. Big blocks of stones are sent to different factories for further machining.
Our educational system uses only one method of bringing kids up. It does not sort children by their talents and abilities. It is like facetting diamonds and granite the same way even though the variety of man's skills can hardly be compared to machining of precious stones.
It is more important to teach students how to get some necessary information when needed than memorizing and forgetting a huge volume of knowledge. In other words we need to teach people how to think by getting all necessary knowledge from the Noo-sphere or the sphere of Reason.
Science tries to study only phenomenal abilities of human body forgetting about phenomenal mental abilities. That is why most people do not know they need to strive for perfection and how to achieve this goal. It is said in the Sermon of the Mount "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father who is in heaven is perfect".
Now is the time to remember Archimed's claim "Give me a firm ground and I'll make the world turn over". To make it more precise we can say that our science need to base on the intellectual elite of the world to get rid of false ideas about inanimate material world.
In March, 2002 the UN Security Council, Presidium of State Council under the President's Administration for science and high technologies stated the important impact of science on the economic growth of a country and its' political role in the world. Both Russian and world science is at a deadlock. The Russian Academy of Science even set up a Commission for pseudo-science that will purify the present knowledge from false ideas and dogmas.
Today it became obvious that we can no longer regulate economics, production, science and education by means developed in the XX century. They are no longer effective.
Use of computer technologies is of insignificant help to process constantly changing information that becomes obsolete every day.
On the initiative of the United Nations the leading countries worked out the strategy of sustainable development.
The State Duma Commission for Problems of Sustainable Development also worked out the main principles of sustainable development strategy for the Russian Federation which were reported by Michael Kasyanov in Johannesburg in August, 2002. The strongest point of the strategy is transition of Russia and all mankind to the sixth technical mode that was predicted by Vladimir I. Vernadsy in the middle of the XX century.
The sixth technical mode is based on using a bio-computer (the Noo-sphere or the sphere of Reason) compatible with human mind (intellect).
Use of bio-computer technologies has allowed to discover the origin of the Earth, to reveal the ternary model of Man, including a material body, Soul and Reason and to determine the structure of people's talents. The fifth technical mode based on electronic computers and technical means of material world has remained in the past.
The capacity of this bio-computer is billion times higher than the capacity of all computers functioning in the world. It is self-programmed, independently collects and corrects the information in all spheres of Man's activity; possesses with prognosis block forming any forecasts in view of future changes of laws, relations in society, criteria of morality and so on.
It can give a perfect forecast of future events and catastrophes. It is important that it is not available for hackers.
The purpose of Man's existence (predestination) in the Earth is understood, answers to his eternal questions are found: who he must be? What to do? Where he will be after dying? When one starts to follow his predestination he becomes a founder and a creator. It becomes obvious that the main goal of all people is to accumulate wisdom in their mind instead of striving for material well-being. Unlike material wealth, one's wisdom can be taken to the divine world after death of one's body and resurrection of one's soul. Than you no longer need to accumulate a huge volume of unnecessary knowledge and spend a huge amount of money on useless projects.
Through exploring Man's mind, body and his soul which is able to feel we can change our view of people's relationship in our society and make divine laws more important than civil laws. It will become important for our soul to have a lawyer who knows divine laws, a policeman who prevents us from violating them, a judge and an executor. We'll no longer need jails and hospitals, we will be able to get rid of alcoholism and narcotism.
At the first step of introducing bio-computer technologies it is necessary to form such new branches of science as:
- Geology of intellect and forming a ternary model of Man, revealing all his intellectual abilities;
- Diagnostics of people's health and finding causes of their diseases;
- Forming new models of the state, economics and educational system that trains one's intellect without learning a huge volume of unnecessary knowledge by heart and memorizing;
- Developing a new intellectual system of management of any system including the state.
Having used bio-computer technologies we were able to:
- explore minerals in our research laboratory by means of a map without use of geophysical methods of investigation;
- make short-term and long-term forecast of socio-economic life of a country (region, enterprises and small business) and carry out their multi-criteria estimation;
- select and certify personnel for science, industry and other fields of activity;
- within the shortest possible time train high-qualified personnel for scientific research centers that use bio-computer technologies.
All these technologies as well as many others are already tested in real life and are ready to be adopted in all fields of activity. One can explore everything with bio-computer technologies.
Now is the time to open centers and laboratories of discoveries which would head the transition of the mankind to the sixth technical mode.
